Harness the Power of Faith for a Healthier, Happier You!

Islam places great emphasis on the blessings of good health and on taking steps to maintain and enhance it.

Believers in Islam must take care of their spiritual, emotional and physical health. Our bodies, so amazing in complexity, are given to us by God as a trust; they should not be abused or neglected. Good diet and nutrition play a large part in maintaining the best possible health, as does a lifestyle incorporating exercise. Islam emphasises a simple, healthy diet combined with physical exercise.

Empowering Charities through Fitness and Fundraising!

This is a perfect opportunity for charities to get people involved, especially those who are passionate about keeping fit and active, or those who simply want a healthier lifestyle.

Your fundraisers will be seen by hundreds of people on the day of the race, and everyone who sponsors will learn more about the good work you do. This event gives great exposure, helps to build your reputation, and encourages people to donate to your cause. The minimum fee to register can easily be met by fundraisers; in the past an average of £300 was raised per participant.
